Is it possible to combine the old RAM and the new one with different frequencies?

Decided to increase the OP.
Is it possible to
put modern 1333 or 1600 MHz to the old DDR3 Transcend with Max 800 MHz parameters?
Or will I have to throw out the old two and buy 4 new ones?
And if you have to take new ones, which company would you recommend?

Of course you can. But it's pointless. Because the system will choose the lowest possible frequency at which all the memory will work, that is, 800. This is, of course, if it starts at all.
