Router won't start

There is a D-Link DIR-320 router. I got it for free (like, if you can start it, it will be yours) with the following symptoms (I already did the reset): There is a Wi-Fi signal, you can connect via it, but it doesn’t work to go to the admin panel (192.168.0.1), pings also don’t reach. Ethernet also does not come in and does not ping, plus the indicator of the third port is constantly on, even if not a single cable is inserted into the router, except for the network cable, of course. Actually, the question follows from all of the above - is it possible to revive a piece of iron?

PS I climbed inside - no visible damage like burnt microcircuits or swollen conders.

Climb into the power supply for the same object ... And immediately measure the input voltage under load (when the router is turned on)

try to reset it 30-30-30: hold the reset button for 30 seconds when the power is on, without pressing the reset, pull out the power and hold the reset for another 30 seconds, without pressing the reset, turn on the power and wait another 30 seconds. helped with the flashing.

1. Connect with a cable
2. Set the static 192.168.0.100 on the computer
3. If it says “not connected”, then the switch chip has died. -> end()
4. Try like this

. Turn off the power from the DIR-320, hold reset and with the reset pressed, connect the power and hold reset until status appears, i.e. the second light after the light is powered for about 10-15 seconds
2. We go through the browser 192.168.0.1, the emergency page of the V1.0 web interface will be loaded from which we select the latest firmware downloaded from the D-LINK website on our computer.

5. Try to flash via tftp (or enter into recovery mode).
Read about firmware recovery (you can also ask here wl500g.info)

There is also an option to throw off nvram - on the nvram chip, you need to short-circuit something somewhere.
Also look at the "screen" of the router - through the debug console dipcore.com/?p=316
