1) Using Windows 7 Logon Background Changer. Off site: www.julien-manici.com
2) Through the registry
Start → Regedit in the search bar → Enter. If User Account Control is enabled, confirm the action by clicking → Yes.
We are interested in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE parameter, right-click on it → Find. In the search box, enter OEMBackground (uncheck all options except parameter names).
The HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI\Background key opens. We are interested in OEMBackground → open it by double-clicking the left mouse button. In the Edit DWORD Value window, change the value from 0 to 1.
Now let's create a couple of folders. Go to: C:\Windows\System32\Oobe and create a folder called "info" (without quotes), in this folder create another one called "backgrounds" (without quotes).
Put your image in a folder. Any image in JPG format can be used. Select a background and name it "backgroundDefault.jpg", no larger than 256 KB. The resolution of the image must match the resolution of your screen, otherwise the background will be stretched.
PS Better use the program. I didn't have any problems with her.
