format the partition with linux and put Windows instead of linux.
I hope the files are on a separate partition ??
Use a virtual machine (at least VirtualBox), write a physical disk to it and run the first stage of the installation, before rebooting and then booting directly.
This will work if you boot in legacy mode (you need to get confused for efi, it seems qemu can do it, but the entry in the boot list will not be written by itself), it is quite possible that after installation it will be possible to start in efi mode, but you will need to write a boot entry about windows into it.
Keep in mind that windows will replace the linux bootloader if it is legacy, so take care of some solution in advance (for example, run linux in efi mode and windows in legacy, later, when you add an entry there, there will be a choice from the BIOS)
ps flash drive or cdrom bootable to have at hand anyway, just in case there's an error
Also, if there is a second physical disk, you can also use it, windows breaks the bootloader only on 'its' disk
