Is it possible to change the permissions of "shared folders" in VirtualBox?
We are talking about "shared folders" in the understanding of VirtualBox.
The main system is Windows, the guest system is Linux.
On Linux, everything in common is set to 770 , created by the root group vboxsf .
Through sudo chmod
the rights do not change, I do not know why. Moreover, when creating a folder or file from another user with the vboxsf group, not only the rights are set to 770 , but the owner is still root .
It seems to me that it depends on the rights in Windows.
Is it possible to somehow change the permissions of "shared files" in VirtualBox?
