Is it possible to change the display on a laptop from 1366x768 to 1920x1080?

Laptop acer aspire e15 e5 573g, I bought it with a display resolution of 1366x768, but this model is also available with a resolution of 1920x1080. Will there be any compatibility issues if you purchase a fullHD matrix?
PS I know that there were similar topics, but I'm interested in my case, suddenly there are some pitfalls. Thanks for understanding!

You are referring to an article on matrix replacement. but there are 4540s. Did you use the name of those parts that were indicated there, or does the 4530s have its own specifics. I also plan to change HP Probook 4530s from 1366 to 1920. If it's not difficult, write which matrix you installed and which 2-channel cable you used. And what is the end result. Thank you.
