I have a website, a medical direction and I want to connect teaser, poison and Google ads there. But there sometimes shows not good ads (sex, bad products, etc.). Can you please tell me if this can be done? and turn off bad ads for your site somehow?

You can, in the settings for displaying ads, there is usually a list of topics on which you can check / uncheck the topics that are unacceptable for your site.
For example, in Adsense, this is in "Allowing and blocking ads → Select a site (or for all) - an item will appear in the menu for delicate categories - a screen and turn off unnecessary ones.
In other systems it is similar.
