Is it possible to change the Avast policy to remove .. everything in a row?

This Avast policy pissed me off: if it finds a suspicious file, then it simply deletes it WITHOUT DEMAND IMMEDIATELY nafig. Kaspersky, unlike him, first asks what to do to treat / add to exceptions. Is it possible to somehow avoid this? Before deleting something, so that Avast asks if this file should be added to the exclusions?
