Antivirus for advanced users. Which is better?

Please recommend an antivirus for advanced users. Definitely one of the free ones. It just pisses me off when the antivirus blocks pirated software without even asking, and that's all right, it's much worse when it immediately deletes it. In short, we need an antivirus that does not make decisions for the user, but always gives a choice.
I used to use Eset, but recently it just burned out when it didn’t let me go to the site toster.ru, citing problems with the certificate. And at the same time, there were no buttons at all to ignore the warning, I also did not find in the antivirus settings how to cut down this crap. Even after removing the antivirus, the stub did not disappear.
In general, we need a human-oriented antivirus that does not climb where they do not ask.

Well, if you want exactly freebies and not to interfere, then Avast is most likely suitable. He has only one problem, he can skip the virus) he doesn’t block much at all, especially on the free version, but he definitely won’t interfere and show excessive zeal in the fight for the cleanliness of your system. I myself downloaded this https://avast.softok.info/when I was still young and I just wanted the antivirus program not to rush at everyone like Casper, which didn’t let a single file through without “grunting”) But then I installed the most balanced eset, because it just reacts when necessary, otherwise with avast Picked up a lot of Trojans for a couple of years. And of course, I don’t know about freebies, they generally protect much worse, and the purchase costs a penny, the same eset is about 800 rubles a year, as for me it’s not so much to sleep peacefully, but think for yourself, decide for yourself)
