Is it possible to change jobs and get good reviews?

For me, it has always been a logical paradox when they require recommendations from previous jobs in IT. after all, if I am a good specialist, few employers will want to send me to another company, and if I am a bad specialist, then the employer will be glad to see me leave. also incomprehensible is the logic of people who write about a public farewell in the style of "it was very pleasant in you, you taught me a lot and therefore I am leaving you." What options are there to part ways with the current company if there is a strong desire to leave it?

If you are a good specialist, then the company will undoubtedly keep you. Only to do this not with threats and blackmail, but with a counter, more advantageous offer.
You just need to have an honest talk with the manager face-to-face - they say, I don’t like this and that (boring tasks, low salary, bad relationships in the team, bad reputation with the company, etc.), but in another place I offered better terms. So I'm going to leave, okay?

You can report for a new place not a review, but the phone number of the manager who will tell the truth about you (if one can be found).
