Is it possible to change a locally connected italic font via @font-face?

When connecting the necessary fonts for layout, I encountered a problem with the Segoe UI italic font. Layout-wise, there are two variations of this font, 300 and 400 font-weight. On the Internet I found only the usual italic, there were no light, only normal and bold. If ordinary fonts could be changed as needed and they came in all the required sizes, then what about this? Is there any way to change 400 italic to 300?

Also for the first time I saw a font with font-weight 450 in the layout ... Is this a designer's mistake, or is it really possible to somehow apply such a density? Can't see the difference between 400 and 450.

And along the way, this is a standard delivery with Windows 10. As a last resort, pull the designer - he took these fonts from somewhere.

The layout uses numbers, not names.
