Is it possible to bypass the operator's restriction by redirecting traffic to the server?

Good day, in general, this situation, my provider gives me 50mb every day after the speed drops to 128kb / sec. more provider MegaFon.
Now the question is, there was a person who promises the service of Special Servers for money, supposedly they have powerful servers for redirection and they are ready to connect me there, while I will only spend traffic for the connection! And the Internet will always be at high speed, that is, there will be no speed decline.
Quote:
I sell servers for rent, for 200 rubles per month for MTS, Megafon, Beeline and Tele 2 operators.
How does it work?
It's not vpn, it's special. servers are configured specifically to redirect traffic, you will not spend even 100mb of your traffic, but only the one that the servers have

What a heresy, to be honest. If you are connected through a beeline, then you spend your traffic, no matter what proxies and other things you work through. The traffic goes from you to some servers.

How to remove the speed limit? will you now produce the same question under different sauces (having dug up another "freebie" in the vast Internet garbage dumps)? Once again I say that there are no such ways!

opera turbo - compresses browser traffic, allowing you to download more data in the same limit. this is a bit off the original topic of the question. but in no other way
