How much memory will be available on a dual-processor system with a 32-bit OS?

Good afternoon
There is a two-processor server motherboard. Installed one processor and 4 GB of memory for it. The second processor is not installed. This business works under win server 2003 standart edition x86.
If you install a second processor and another 4GB of memory. Will the system use all the memory that is installed, and not just 4GB?
Will PAE work on win server 2003 standart edition x86, on the microsoft site they write that it doesn't, does anyone have real experience?
The OS cannot be reinstalled.

It does not depend on the second processor.

This is not a technical limitation, but an artificial marketing limitation.
You can get around this by using the memory that is inaccessible to the operating system for a RAM disk, and on it, in turn, a paging file. This will be slower than using 8G directly, but significantly faster than running the swap file on the HDD.
But it cannot be transferred directly to the operating system.

The number of processors does not matter here. and about accessibility - here

PAE allows you to address 36 bits - you can force to see all the memory with third-party software and put a paging file on the resulting disk, formally this is a violation of the license agreement.
