Is it possible to bypass standard browser rules?

When translating my idea into reality, I encountered some peculiarities of browsers.
I'm currently working in Google Chrome browser, and here's what I would like to know:
Do you know that when filling in some field, let's say

Chrome can auto-fill them if you have already filled them in on the site:

Besides, if you fill in the fields with the help of the Browser, then it automatically fills in a pale yellowish color:
