Is it possible to block a domain from a mobile operator? And is there any way to bypass it?
There are two websites that sell goods online.
A few weeks ago, a client called with a complaint that he couldn't get to the site. We gave a link to another resource and did not pay attention. After some time, the situation was the same again, and it became clear from sales that a large amount of traffic was not getting to the site.
We started to study and got to the point that the site does not open from several mobile network operators (LifeCell, vodafon)UA, and several small Internet providers in different cities.
I mentioned earlier that there are two sites. Identical identical, on the same hosting under the same IP.
One works, the other doesn't.
We started to carry out checks, I am attaching screenshots

portal.nkrzi.gov.ua/index.php?r=site/index&pg=171&id=9613&language=uk
only in Ukrainian, to Russian redirect to the root
to change the domain, judging by Google you know how to do this and then came to pretend to be a felt boot
Well, maybe first contact the operator? In my opinion, the issue here is not technical, but legal. Either your site violates something and got into the RKN registers, or the operator is tyrannical, and then you need to put pressure on him
Well, yes, the first mobile operator closed all subdomains (or maybe only your domain, you can’t determine it here) on the biz.ua domain to the address 127.0.0.1. This is also indicated by the authoritative for your subdomain.
The solution is to swear / sue a specific operator (s) (complicated), or use a working subdomain (much easier).
