Is it possible to automatically receive a person's e-mail in Google forms, without manual filling, when sending a link to the mail?
We work with clients by mail. A person makes an application - receives a response. When a person does not answer for no apparent reason, there is an idea to send him a link to a Google form in a letter, where there is only 1 question - what did not suit him in the offer of the online store.
To increase the fillability of the form, I would like the e-mail address to which the link was sent to be automatically recorded in the response table when sending data. For example inserting a utm label into a link to a form?
This is necessary for the sole purpose - to identify the client in the CRM database. If the client answers, for example, that he was not satisfied with the price of the goods, or he was incorrectly informed by the operator - which product and which operator can be found out from CRM if the client is identified. Since the person did not answer, I think it will be easier for him to fill out the form than to communicate with the support service - which in our case are the same operators.
P.S. In fact, I'm not a programmer, but maybe there is a ready-made solution, and if not, is it possible in principle, maybe in another service?
