I'm interested in the question of whether it is possible to automatically (for example, using the built-in script) export a layout from InDesign to Photoshop while preserving layers. Is there a proven way. And then we do a lot of manual work, I want to simplify and automate.

Haven't seen any ready made ones.
You can make two scripts:
1. For Indesign, output each layer to a separate file (jpg, pdf, etc.)
2. The second Photoshop will collect these files into one.
