How to save 32 bit PSD to JPG (PNG) without quality loss?

It was necessary to draw a poster on A3.
When creating a new file, I chose 32bit, now I can't save the picture in PNG & JPEG.
Only PSD, Tiff, raw, psb, exr, pam, xdr.
If you save to PSD and then convert to JPG, the output is a picture not quite in those colors.
How can this problem be solved?

You need to merge all visible layers (Ctrl + Shift + E), transfer the document to 8-bit mode (Image> Mode> 8 Bits/Channel) and save the image in the format you need.
