Is it possible to automatically configure RAID1 in case of loss of one hard disk on Linux?

Good afternoon.
Actually interested in this question:
Is there software or packages to be able to set up in Linux automatic partitioning and recovery of RAID1 in case of loss of one of the disks.
For example:
I have two disks:
/dev/sda
/dev/sdb
Problem: Suddenly /dev/sda flies and I change the disk to a disk of the same size.
Goal: Automate the recovery process which includes disk partitioning and raid creation.
Do not offer to write a script, you need to have time to do it today

Why don’t you like a five-line script, do you think you can’t write today?

@MechanID

such a script should:
1 watch which hard drive is alive
2 copy the markup from it to a new one
3 expand the array up to 3 disks
4 add a new disk as a couple
of work for half an hour - an hour.
