Is it possible to authenticate in a web application using token windows?

I am designing a web application. Is it possible to make automatic authentication in the application a user logged into windows? Are there ready methods?
Is there any log file where you can see the current authenticated user?

Better yet, look at federated login, for example ADFS (you have a domain, did I understand correctly?).

NTLM? Guys, what year are you in? You need SSO. Implementation options may vary. For example SAML.
