Can a designer become a network engineer?

Good day to all. Now I work as a graphic designer. But network technologies interests. Now I'm studying CCNA in about a month, the course will end. Can I get a job at an Internet service provider or telecom operator? Who can give advice. Thanks for the answer.

A designer without a technical background cannot become a network engineer. Courses won't help.
And the point here is not even in desire, but in the fact that an appropriate way of thinking is needed, which is brought up in oneself from childhood. For example, a school with a mathematical bias greatly contributes to this. Further, a technical institute (or at least the study of the exact sciences).
And the courses are so, pampering. For comparison, you can take an English course for beginners in 2 weeks and learn to say "Hello, my name is Bob". Without many years of training (hobbies), nothing will work.
