Is it possible to add contacts to the address book from a specific OU?

Good afternoon!
We are planning a transition to Exchange, at the moment it is up for testing.
But there was a hitch with contacts.
At the moment, all contacts are in AD, in a separate ou. In outlook, we prescribe the path to the contacts.
Exchange already has an address book built in, but it displays those who have mail.
Is it possible to somehow configure the display of already created contacts in the exchange address book?
