How to force Outlook calendars to sync?

Hello.
It costs Exchange 2010. Several employees have access to the boss's calendar through PShell:

When the boss makes changes to his calendar on a PC, then the users and he himself, from the phone, sees these changes in a minute or so. hours or more.
How can I force these calendars to sync?
On mail at all there is a tick "Exchange caching".
