Is it possible to access a server on VirtualBox over Wi-fi?

There is a local network 192.168.10.101-192.168.10.254.
There is a router on the network that distributes Wi-Fi.
The situation is as follows: I am making an android application that communicates with a local server on a computer in the local network. The server is running in VirtualBox via Vagrant at 192.168.12.12. When running on AVD everything works fine. I would like to achieve the same result on a phone connected to wi-fi in this network.
I tried to change the network ip to 192.168.12.x, but this did not work.
