Is it possible to accept payments via Paypal without having an IP, LLC?

Hello. I would like to know if it is possible to accept payments from all over the world through Paypal Business/Premier without having a legal entity? Because I don't know if it will or not. If yes, what is the difference between Business and Premier account?

The fact is that without legal person you will not be able to register a business account. To do this, you will need to provide constituent documents. But you can register a personal account (personal) and freely accept payments from any paypal users. Just when sending a payment, the sender will have to choose not a personal transfer, but a transfer for goods and services.
And as far as I know, paypal has merged the business and premier types. At least in Russia, you can only choose between a personal account and a business.
By the way, consider also such a moment that people can transfer money to your personal account both from the same personal accounts and from business accounts (on behalf of the company, for example). But on a business account, you can only accept payments from personal accounts. It will not be possible to accept a payment from another business account to your business account, since electronic money transfers between legal entities are prohibited by law in Russia.

You can open a personal account, then you can upgrade to a Business account. I entered the left data jur. a face that has already been abolished a long time ago and everything is okay. But it is possible that they can force you to pass verification ...
