Hello. I would like to know if it is possible to accept payments from all over the world through Paypal Business/Premier without having a legal entity? Because I don't know if it will or not. If yes, what is the difference between Business and Premier account?

But you can register a personal account (personal) and freely accept payments from any paypal users.
