PayPal and a foreign company with a foreign bank accepting payments

A client came who is interested in organizing on his website the acceptance of payments for services from bank cards.

He has no desire to work through Russian operators and needs to accept payments to an offshore company.

There are considerations that this can be arranged through PayPal, but it is not very clear what kind of service you need to choose + it is necessary that the company receives the funds, and not a private person, it is most convenient - there will be an opportunity to link to a bank account.

On the site, the functionality is approximately as follows, the visitor clicks pay for the service, enters the amount himself and proceeds to the payment process.

ps:
Thanks for the answers, I have never encountered such a problem and everything does not look so obvious right away, even after visiting the paypal site.

On an offshore somehow, everything is quite simple, register, then a business account.
Verify your account (otherwise problems with large amounts, you need to provide a certificate of ownership (share distribution, etc. and that you are the boss or appointed to such a position), a scan of your passport and a scan of a card, as far as I remember) and after that you work on behalf of an offshore .

Search for the word "card processing". There are many services for accepting card payments. Pai Pal is electronic money mainly for US residents.
The choice is determined by the conditions, mainly the tariffs for service and whether they want to serve your offshore ...

I created a PayPal account and chose the Business account type.
I introduced a credit card and now all the profit goes to the VISA card in the country in which I registered a PayPal account.
Sometimes you will need to provide them with a tax return and that's it.
