The Internet cable provider comes into the apartment. If you connect this cable in the apartment to a switch, from which two other cables come, which will be connected to two routers, each of which will have its own authorization from the same provider, will there be Internet on both of these routers?

Depends on how authorization is carried out. For example, if by the MAC address of the main switch, then no, you can’t.
Either way, it makes little sense. After all, on a separate connection, the provider provides the Internet at a certain speed, and so you divide the channel in half.

Well look. If PPPoE, then:
1 port comes to you from the provider. And it has 2 PPPoE (need an agreement with the provider), then you can plug the provider's cable into your "stupid" switch, and raise sessions at the desired speeds (at the rate) in any two ports.
Just such a situation I had at work today - when two clients decided to both start from their switch.
True, my case is slightly different, but the essence is the same.
You can put two PPPoE logins into one port.
But if you have IPoE then no. It is unlikely that for your sake the provider will get confused by setting the MAC-VLAN for the sake of your whim.

If there is a gigabit link to the provider, then you can talk with him about vlans, but you need to understand that you won’t get more physical link speed and it might just be worth discussing the tariff with personal speed ...
If 100MB / s, then you can make 2 uplinks from 8 cores. Two pairs for one 100MB / s link 2 for the second.
I see no reason to cut 100 megabits with vlans in half ...
