I think you need to build some kind of box (let it be many times larger than the server itself) that will get rid of the noise.
However, I don’t know what shape and what to make this box from. Tell?

It is better to solve the issue of noise in another way - remove unnecessary fans, where it is impossible - replace the fans with quiet ones, install CBO
