The keyboard works in BIOS, but does not work in Windows 7, after spilling tea (without sugar), how to fix it?
The touchpad turned off immediately, the keyboard worked/didn't work as desired. I thought the problem was in the keyboard, put a new one: nothing has changed. But in BIOS everything, oddly enough, works fine.

Try disconnecting the loop of the non-working touchpad, if it is short, then it can bug the system. Another reason may be a flooded keyboard socket on the laptop board.
Maybe the harness is not fastened properly? I took off the keyboard 4 times and played until I installed it normally. not all keys worked.
