Is it possible now to officially find a job for a middle-developer without a military ID?
Is it possible now to get a job without a military ID officially as a middle developer? Please answer if you directly heard from friends/acquaintances/colleagues what someone managed to do. The emphasis is on the middle developer, because I want to know if companies can make a concession and issue without a military man, taking into account my qualifications?

The status of a person liable for military service may include the following:
- you have a military service - you have not served yet, but there is a chance that you will serve :)
- you have a "white ticket" - a military man with a medical
exemption - you have a normal military man - you have already served
- you are over 27 and everyone doesn’t care about your status as a conscript (unless, of course, there is a war)
There is no need to make concessions to anyone. Or maybe you're just rummaging around from the army? Well, then everything depends, just like with a diploma - on the size of the office and its bureaucratization. In the office "three tables, two chairs" I think you can. The thicker and "more official" the office - the less chance :)
Some large offices have employees responsible for interacting with the military registration and enlistment offices. That is, they regularly transfer lists of employees to the relevant military enlistment offices. If there is no soldier, they can find fault with this. BUT - in my memory there were TWO such offices (out of several dozen with which I had a chance to work officially or communicate at a level sufficient to conclude on interaction with the military registration and enlistment offices). The rest of the military did not care. You need to understand that the larger the office, the more attention they pay to thorough compliance with the law and the higher the chance that the military will be required. At the same time, the higher your qualifications, the larger offices you will look, since small ones simply will not pull your salary.
And yet, there is always the option of working for a foreign customer - there, in general, no one cares about the military.

Not every employer is willing to take risks. But if we talk about the abstract "is it possible?" then yes, it is possible, but it is more difficult and there will be more failures, because there will be a few rejections just because of a military man, and these are potential jobs.
