Is it possible in Mono Develop for Mac to write GUI applications for it in C#?

Version mono 2.4.2
I create a new solution -> C# project. I looked at the documentation on the office, it seems to be under Linux, tk. no designer, no files at all...

Get yourself a MonoMac and code.
GUI can be drawn in Mac's native Interface Builder.
