A friend mistakenly powered it with a laptop power supply.
According to him, he turned off the power supply from the network as soon as he heard a crack from the board.
After that, the stationary PC stopped seeing the device. Visually, nothing burned out, the diodes burn as they should, the percent is heated.

I have a multimeter on my hands, but I don’t particularly imagine the readings of which component to measure and whether it is necessary at all, there was an idea to measure the readings of the conclusions.

You can throw it out. The complexity of the repair exceeds the cost.

heard a crack from the board.

If the board is multi-layered and the tracks burned out somewhere in the inner layer ... should I continue? Anything could burn there. Go to the electronics forums, ask if anyone has circuits - well, of course, if you have knowledge in radio electronics. If not, and you still want to restore - look for a master, but the cost of repairs can be very significant ...
