I want to implement such a thing on one site so that Disqus (e) comments are displayed as a slider (Carousel) is it possible to do this?
I'll say right away that I'm in boom boom scripts.

Trouble, man. This is too difficult a task. Discus embeds a frame with its script, inside of which it is problematic to climb. It would be a different matter if it wasn't Discus, but hypercomments, for example. They embed comments on the page directly, which means that they are much easier to manipulate, and the task will be solved with less blood.
Then - take any slider script you like, and the further process can only be described as "juggling" all sorts of selectors (both the comment widget and the slider).
