No one will sell you OEM, yuriks can easily buy electronic versions of Win10 Pro, but OEM versions are distributed only for vendors (PC manufacturers - Lenovo, HP, etc.). Your choice will be to buy an electronic version or a boxed version. I always bought a box, moving the OS is a little easier.

But not officially, you can try to buy them from such a vendor-collector.
