Is it possible for a beginner to take a place at the All-Russian Championship?

Hello! Moved to 11th grade. There was an interest in school Olympiads in Informatics. Everything is fine with mathematics and logic (I study at the physics and mathematics school). I also know the school program in computer science well. Now the question is: is there any chance of becoming a winner of the final stage of the All-Russian Informatics? Or is it too late to start? If possible, do you have any advice on this?
PS It's just that if it's definitely too late to start, I think we need to give up on this matter and prepare purely for the exam. That's why I'm asking :)

@opium

in the 11th grade, in about six months, he rose to a high level in algorithms, won the city, something did not go to the republican.
The Olympiad gives a hell of a lot of knowledge if you have reached the level of winning it, in fact, I received 90% of my knowledge in programming in the 11th grade at school, sitting in the computer science room, which I still use.
