What do you think about Processing in 2019?

I recently learned that this language exists. I had never heard of him before, but I found out when I stumbled upon one channel on YouTube: there the guy does cool things with him (codebullet, if anyone is interested). The last post on Habré about this Yap is dated 2009. Does this mean that language is more dead than alive? And does anyone else use it (maybe someone from those present here (I will be glad if you tell me why it is cool))?

@alexaasha

there is a guy doing cool things with him

It has to do with this kid, not with this tool.
This means that specifically on Habré this topic is not popular.
There, the cat cried about many quite fresh technology articles.
They don’t like 1C (now articles have begun to appear, and earlier they were grabbing minuses for them, because in principle they don’t like 1C on Habré, and few people took risks), about such a promising thing as Dart / Flutter, there is generally exactly one article on the case, etc. etc.

The language is not dead yet because the last update was on July 26, 2018. Its lack of popularity in the Russian-speaking segment, in particular, on Habré, is due to its narrow focus and the fact that programming languages already existed before it that coped with the same tasks.
