Some time ago, the design of Habr was pretty much changed. At the same time, the way the site interacts with the user has changed a lot, and many familiar controls have disappeared somewhere (for example, instead of many buttons on the frame of the comment input window, a drop-down menu has now appeared with only 4 ... 5 buttons , among which there is no button inserting a quote - and this is almost the most common function).
And more recently, the vertical arrows for rating articles and comments have disappeared, now instead of them there is some strange gray rhombus that does not respond to clicks.
And yet, I see that other users, judging by the design of their comments, the function of inserting a quote is still available, and the rating arrows no-no yes and appear (very selectively). In addition, I came across mentions that if the user did not like the new design, then he can return the old one for himself personally. I looked around all the settings available to me, but I did not find such an opportunity anywhere. Please tell me how to do this, if at all possible.
