Is it normal to forget technology when you stop using it?

Good morning, I have been practicing and learning android development for about 7 months. Now I'm facing the same problem, if you can call it that. When I write some feature in the application for the third time, it will not be difficult for me to figure it out, for the fourth time, if the interval between my last practice in this technology is more than two or three weeks, then I need 15-20 minutes to remember it in the spaces of Google.

Does everyone have it? Or everything that you applied more than three times is not forgotten in a month? It's just that I can freely navigate the technology only when I actively use it in the development of various applications, but if I don't use it, I forget.

Personally, I tend to forget things that I don't use every day, but the more I've used it in the past, the faster it comes to mind. And in any case, once understandable is remembered much faster than learning again.
