Is it normal, 6 weeks trial period?

official employment, full employment (five days)
probationary period - 6 weeks

Usually when I got a job, I was given an assignment for an interview and I completed it, after which I went to RB. Is this a divorce ? 6 weeks to code, and let's see each other goodbye?

Author, 6 weeks of probation is a gift.
You are apparently incredibly cool and the employer really needs you, since he suddenly reduced it from the standard 12 weeks.

It will only take you a month to introduce you to a large project
If the office saws sites in a week, then a divorce is possible
But in this case, managers and coders will be appropriate
In the very first week in the smoking room they will explain everything to you
But in fact, you should be more worried about
when and how they will pay for test
- when and how will you increase your salary

Firstly, during the trial period, they still pay.
So what's the problem with being fired?
You are simply warned that they will observe your qualification for a month and a half - this is very, very little.
I assure you - a programmer, this is not a cleaner. It will take you a lot of time to get up to speed. The first time you will be ineffective. By the time you gain efficiency (you will be up to date, how is it specifically arranged at this enterprise) - and you should be fired ???
This is not advisable.
Economically not profitable.
The company simply insures itself against bad specialists (it is easier to dismiss from a trial period).

Absolutely normal in my opinion, what if you know how to code but a conflict person, or undisciplined - this will not immediately manifest itself.

Okay, I'm currently on probation for the second month. If they don’t offer to conclude an agreement, then it’s worth considering and trying to find out more about the company: read reviews on the network or write off links with former employees
without a contract and agree to work.

We have a trial period of 3 months. Working off upon dismissal 2 months (except for probationary).

3 months - the maximum probationary period according to the laws of employment in the Russian Federation.
Before the start of work - you sign an employment contract, which specifies all the terms, including the maximum probationary period and payment during the probationary period and after it.
In any case, BEFORE starting any work - we need guarantees of wages!

Trial period, this is a temporary device. If I'm not mistaken, up to 3 months.

By law, up to three months
. And the probationary period is also paid, if you do not fit the team, you will be fired anyway

I read the comments and wonder. For 15 years of work experience, the probationary period has always been 3 months. There is no divorce in this, the employer is reinsured. There are cases when everything goes smoothly at the interview, and then at work there are systematic delays and careless work. There are, but rarely.
