The idea of a service and application for the convenience of the population. How to implement?

Welcome all! There is an idea for a large project of a convenient service for the population and those who serve this population (in a certain industry) with an application. In principle, I am always looking for something that has not yet been invented. There are several such ideas. Since I am not a programmer and I am familiar with IT technologies as a user, I put my dream on the back burner because, either once or for many years, I did not dare to share, so that the idea would not be stolen. Maybe it's stupid!? But time goes by, and after some time, say, after 1-2 years, I see my ideas or similar ideas implemented or in the process of being created by someone. So I decided not to wait any longer, but to act from Dreams and thoughts and implementation. I plan to find a like-minded person or like-minded people and bring the project to life.
How to start such projects? and where to look for HONEST!!! like-minded people who, in addition to stupidly profiting and how to steal the idea, are also thinking about creating a NEW and GREAT!.
Thank you!

The sadness of our world for people like you looks like this:
YOU NEED A PROGRAMMER.
THE PROGRAMMER DOES NOT NEED YOU. From the word NO. AT ALL. Generally not needed at all.
Try starting with a website builder - using Yukoz or Wix. They are just designed for people without special IT skills.
Or here's an example of an approach:
A person is interested in others Idea: an offline analogue of the game EVE Online with full generation of everything. What do you think?
The problem is NOT THIS at all. For some reason you think that the main thing is the idea. That everyone wants to steal it. Well, sit on a pile of your ideas for years.
But not at all. The main thing is to BRING THE IDEA to mind and the second big problem is to reach the PAYBACK.
In practice, everything is completely different:
1. If you are so SURE in your idea - take a loan, sell a car, mortgage an apartment. Invest yourself. Why do you expect that someone should light up NOT THEIR idea and spend a lot of their time for free on its implementation.
2. Such offers - to work for free, to invest a HUGE amount of your time in a brilliant idea that will definitely shoot cool in the future - the average programmer gets several every month.
3. Good programmers now have a lot of WELL PAID jobs without it.
4. On Habré / Geek / Brain and on VC there are a lot of sad stories of startup founders: they are surprised to say that no one wants to work for free. If someone lights up with an idea, then it goes out after a week or turns out to be an inexperienced person and programs such that it would be better if he didn’t exist.
5. These articles are interesting. Read. There are many pitfalls that await you, have already been described.
6. At the end of all these articles is the best way that startup founders have understood from their practice: either FIND money or LEARN yourself.
7. Without money, only those who have just started learning this are interested. Do I need to explain the probability of bringing the project to completion? Do I need to explain what such a project would look like? And the likelihood of it working?
8. Any person as soon as he learns - immediately becomes more and more busy for you. He finds himself a job for money, and since a rare startup shoots up in a few months, usually promotion takes more than a year - then interest is naturally lost.
9. Experienced programmers would be happy to. In the end it's interesting. But I want to eat. And as I already wrote, it takes a lot of time before reaching a profit. You need to work hard to achieve at least some result.
10. Well, most startups do not burn out. That is, MOST startups FAIL. Experienced programmers are usually older and understand this very well. Why do they need your startup if there are crowds of people around offering them real money right now.
Well, how many of these 10 points found that the idea is valuable? What is the main idea? What idea do you need?
0. Charisma. The ability to make people light up. Uncertainty and questions - how to make people follow themselves - this is not part of charisma, but quite the contrary.
1. People who have not yet done anything serious (read: they don’t know how) to turn on with pleasure, maybe even turn out to be talented and efficient and will not burn out.
2. Find funding. Loan, sell the car, mortgage the apartment.
3. Start doing it yourself, when the project is more or less worked out, it is much easier to find partners. True, then you don’t really need them anymore)))
4. Get ready for the fact that like-minded people are both found and lost. Sometimes, even in a couple of weeks, a very interested person is lost)))
I have about five ideas of my own. Of these, at least 2 brilliant. )))
Moreover, I don't even need anyone - I can do it myself.
You just need to sit down and do it.
Who do you want to find? A developer with no ideas of their own?
Yes, there are none.
There are few people without ideas. And there are plenty of just such people who, for some reason, do not start their project.

I'm not sure about the exhaust, to take everything and quit, no money, busy with my main job, etc. causes.
People just need to be pushed and led.
You can motivate people with your own confidence, charismatically dragging them along with you.
Just don't forget what else people need to eat. And earning a meal takes a lot of time.
And the implementation of a worthwhile idea is to work hard, there is not enough time to earn money to eat.
And this is even if you do not take into account the very not hypothetical, but the very real high probability of burning out.
Therefore, as soon as you organize funding, people will be drawn to you.
PPS:
A much more realistic option is you take on at least 50% of the funding. The rest is enthusiasm.

There are such "unique" and "original", who are afraid that their ideas will be stolen, 5 pieces a day. Why should people work with you for your idea? You are no different from the rest of the mass of "inventors".

It has long been necessary to understand that an idea in itself is worthless.

You are not the first, you are not the last with a unique idea that is most likely already implemented somewhere. Developers also want to eat, and they have their own ideas, and I think it’s doubtful to work for someone for free.

"A trial of the pen": I advise Joomla + logic as a service in the form of a plugin.
If people like it and the first money goes, you will switch to something more powerful.
Although Joomla with "direct" hands can ALREADY do a lot.
Programming there will require a minimum from you (in terms of hiring or somehow there).
Admin interface: in Russian and understandable.
There are many plugins (including the free Yandex.Checkout for payments).
I advise you to start with it.
If you have any questions, I'm ready to answer.
