Is it necessary to post a privacy policy, etc., on the site, in accordance with 152 FZ?

Hello! The people would like to know your opinion on this issue. Actually a question to owners of sites. I climbed the Internet, noticed that not all sites have a link to the "Privacy Policy" and "User Agreement". In this connection, the question is, how serious is this? Who thinks? Is it worth it to post the above documents on your website? Or is it all nonsense, designed for large resources, which means that small sites need not worry?

Dmitry , the law obliges only personal data operators to publish a privacy policy . To understand whether such a document is needed on your site, you first need to understand what kind of data it is and who the operators are.
152-FZ gives the following definition:
Personal data - any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable individual (subject of personal data).
Those. personal data can be considered all data that relate to a specific person and allow him to be identified.
It's even easier with operators. An operator is any person, company or government body that collects, stores, processes and performs other actions with personal data.
Vas Dmitry, as the owner of an Internet resource can be attributed to operators if you have on your site : order forms, comments, registration and feedback, in which a person enters a name, surname, email address, phone number, etc.
If, when sending only a name or nickname is required from the user to comment, a privacy policy is not needed, since it is impossible to identify a person using such information.

Soon, biometric data of a person will be added to the concept of personal data. I think everyone knows what it is. If you have these biometric data on your site, then you will also need a disclaimer.
