Is it necessary to create a legal face when developing mobile applications?

If, for example, I make a program that 100,000+ people buy for $ 1, and thereby earn a lot of money on it, will it be necessary to register a company or will it work like that? Or does the company need to be registered before selling software on the market?

First you need to write a program that will be bought by a hundred thousand, and then create a company, etc. Do not bother now about this - the program may not work, and after the opening of the company, you like it or not, but you need to submit reports, whatever taxes you have to pay, you have to pay at least the salary to the director. so IMHO just do what you like for now, and the state will always have time to sit on the hook

Register an IP, pay taxes and sleep peacefully.

On both the Apple App Store and the Windows Marketplace for Mobile, you can sell as an individual.

IMHO, it makes sense to register a legal entity when the income from the sale consistently exceeds a certain amount (for example, ~ 50-60 thousand rubles per month in the case of individual entrepreneurs on the simplified tax system).

And how does payment work when using a mobile application? Those. a person pays from a card or from a mobile phone for downloading an application, and where does this money go? in a technical sense? Lists the mobile operator? The application contains the card number (bank account?) Where should they go? Who knows, please enlighten! Thank you!
