necessary to build a server under 1C (5 users) + load to update goods on balances from 100 suppliers. I don't think 32gb is enough.
+ Is it possible to deploy Linux on the same server for a site on Bitrix?
There is an option to rent a server for 10-12 thousand rubles / month. Maybe it's easier to build your own server than to rent one?

What is the total budget? 10-12 thousand per month is 120+ thousand per year. For this money, you can already build a server. There is an option to look at the BUS servers, but you still need to take new screws.
