Good afternoon! I bought myself a used one. tablet for 2 OS (android and windows 10). Is it legal to transfer the key from a tablet to a laptop if you don’t already use Windows on the tablet?

If this is a pre-installed OS, then it's not legal.
OEM licenses are intended for use on the device for which they were purchased.
