Is it legal to require a personal visit to the office to terminate the contract with the provider?

In your personal account there is a form for terminating the contract.
But this is just a return to the mail in the sense.
The caliper is trending one. Come to the office.

Let me guess - provider Dom.sru? Fucking Hubbardists, we know them. Like in those bathhouses where you need to pay not at the entrance, but at the exit;)
An old, proven and properly working technique - come to the office, and maybe we will talk you not to terminate the contract :)

Send a scan of the application by email, any court will accept such a notice and they know about it.
