Customs requests data on the IP of one of the legal entities, does not refer to the decision of the judge. Is the request legal?
Just give a link to Art. 354 of the Customs Code and art. 2,6,7,13,15 of the law on OSA. At the same time, they overlook the fact that Article 8 requires the sanction of the courts to obtain computer information.
