Here.
And here
is the short answer: Mining is prohibited, but allowed. Will it suit you?)
As always, know the law on the subject of FROM and TO, and there will be no questions for you.
Crypto is NOT a means of payment or currency in our country. Resp. do what you want.
With us, Cue Ball is property ...
But there is simply zero sense in this. Unless, of course, your home PC is a station of hundreds of cards and your country house "bunker" with top wiring.
Coming and going cannot be tracked, that's the whole point. Resp. if you sit through the foreign exchange, no one will ever know what is in your wallet there. "Yes, and is it yours?"
If a company has a wallet in the Russian Federation, it’s already more difficult. Because now, according to the law, only a couple of companies can do something there. However, even if a hundred bitcoins falls on your wallet, the question will arise: "Are you sure that I was mining something?".
Provided, of course, that you don’t consume tons of kilowatts of energy / Baba Zina’s neighbor won’t complain that it’s suddenly hot under your house in winter / your cards are not replenished with millions from a certain "CryptoMakingHome Company"

Has something changed? Exactly the same as in the old ones - the cue ball is not a means of payment. That is, you can mine (if you are not afraid of electricity bills) - but why? Do something then with them?
