How to reinstall SQL Server?

Good afternoon friends.
I faced a difficult task - to license SQL Server 2012. Understanding this issue, it all came down to reinstalling SQL Server. The other day I did it on a test server and a lot of questions arose.
1. How to export and import all jobs?
2. How to export and import all users?
3. How to restore the rights of users to bases?
Actually, it is possible that there are automated or semi-automated solutions, because it is unrealistic to do this by hand (but this is how it recommends flowing).

upd!
Jobs can be exported by selecting an agent and pressing f7, after that you can select all jobs, right-click, create, to a file.
That's it, run the file on the new cheekbone. Jobs will be created only for those databases that are on the server. Therefore, first we attach the databases, then we launch the file with the jobs.
There is only 1 question, with users and the rights.

With users and rights - in general, the simplest of this. Read online about sp_hexadecimal and sp_help_revlogin. Two procedures are created, then one script that needs to be run on a new server - and users with passwords are transferred.
