Is it legal to make layouts from the Internet for your portfolio?

Hi all! I want to create my portfolio and add my mock-ups from the Internet there. The problem is, I don't know if it's legal. Do not steal the layout, but take it from a site, for example , psd-html-css.ru , which was created for this, but there is not even anything about licenses there. But if they sue me, I most likely won’t get out in any way. Are there copyrights for layouts, and if so, how to make a layout legally?

Copyright exists for any work, and the creator does not even have to be a person (there were precedents).
Formally, if the license is not explicitly specified and you have not received written permission to use from the author or the person to whom the author transferred such rights, you violate the rights of the copyright holder.
