Is it legal to get and use Windows 98 today?

I am aware that Windows 98 has not been supported by Microsoft for a long time and has generally gone the distance, but, as far as I understand, this does not negate the fact that using a pirated copy of this OS is a violation of the law, and it is precisely in view of the current situation that I am interested such a wild question - is it possible today to somehow acquire a licensed copy of ninety-eight and use it with full rights?

Copyright, as I understand it, is valid for ~ 50 years, so far it is impossible to pirate them. and you can buy on Avito, they sell it on Amazon, and on many sites it’s easy to find licensed discs, not even unpacked.

You buy a commercial (non-OEM!) license for Win10, install Win98, and use it.

Yes, you can, but on old hardware ... where do you get it and why do you need it? Unless the old ones played to drive)))
